What happens next

  • We read every request ourselves. This is a small Ballito team, not a call centre.
  • During our soft launch, we may be able to match you with a fundi we've already vetted. If we can't help yet, we'll tell you so.
  • When the app goes live in your suburb, you'll be among the first to know.

Emergency? For a burst pipe, close your water main. For an electrical fault or burning smell, switch off at the main breaker if it's safe to do so. If anyone is in danger, call emergency services on 112 from a cell phone.
