We check your trade certificates or registration (electricians: registration and CoC ability; IT/Wi-Fi: certificates such as CompTIA, Ubiquiti or MikroTik if you have them) and call two references.

You do one supervised trial job. We look at timekeeping, quality and communication. Then you get the badge.

What is the 10% on?
10% of your charged callout or labour, only on completed jobs. There's 0% on materials.

You do: your callout, your after-hours rate, your labour and your materials.
How do I get the Verified badge?
Apply, then we check your SA ID or passport, a selfie, your trade certificates and two references. After that you do one supervised trial job.
When will I get jobs?
We're onboarding fundis now, ahead of the Ballito launch. We'll tell verified fundis the launch date first.
Will I know anything about the customer before I accept?
Yes. You'll see the job brief, photos, suburb and the customer's average rating from other fundis, or "New customer". After the job you rate them too, and ratings stay hidden until both sides have rated.
How do I get paid?
Payouts go to your bank account after the job is confirmed complete. We'll confirm the payout schedule before launch.
